My Amazing South African Vacation!
Back in New Zealand, I met this awesome girl on a Latin dating site that I had been a part of for a while, but I was a little bit worried that I was going to miss out on seeing her that much because I had a work assignment planned that meant I had to visit Hazyview in South Africa for several weeks. So after looking round to see what kind of accommodation deals there were in the area, I decided to invite her along!
I know it was forward of me, jumping from some gentle flirting on a Latin dating internet site to a vacation thousands of miles away.
But I had never done anything really impulsive like this so I thought I would ask anyway. Her response?
"I thought you would never ask!" I don't know why I was so nervous! I'm writing this from this gorgeous lodge in Hazyview right now and we are having the time of our lives.
What a beautiful place to have to combine work and pleasure in. I'm now concocting a plan where I don't have to return to New Zealand!
